What is Medicare?

If you are working you can combine Medicare Part C protection with the coverage your employer offers. Prescription drugs

Part C is an excellent option as many plans also provide specialized medical services as well as specialized outpatient and inpatient. Most prescription drugs are not included in Original Medicare which means the beneficiaries are required to purchase a Medicare Part D prescription.

Typically, prescription plans have a formulary of all the generic and brand names marketed on the Plan. Insurers can divide these medications into different groups. Drugs at lower levels will have lower coinsurance than drugs at high tiers. Many of the prescription drugs in the plan include specialty tiers.
