Medicare Part B premiums for 2022

Until 2020, Part B premium will be $170.10. Most customers are paying standard premiums. You can deduct this from your Social Security, or you could pay Medicare in full. People earning a total of $91,000 or more (one or more) or more together are required to pay a taxable income adjustment (IRMAA).
